Installing water-efficient fixtures and appliances is the key to saving water and lowering utility costs in multi-family housing.

Get Cash Incentives to Cut Water Use

Owners of buildings served by utilities in the Saving Water Partnership can get financial assistance for installing water-efficient toilets, washers, and irrigation systems.

Toilet Replacements
Multi-Family Property Owners replacing pre-1994 toilets are eligible for a $100 rebate towards a 1.28 gpf WaterSense Toilet!

Irrigation Systems
Cash incentives to improve the efficiency of your irrigation system and avoid overwatering, which damages plants and increases water bills.

Free Dye Strips

  • Email Program Manager Billie Fisher to request free dye strips to test the toilets in your building(s) for leaks. Please provide the address, name of building, number of units and number of dye strips needed (one pack of dye strips is enough to test two toilets.)
