• Free 13 watt compact fluorescent light bulbs for your building’s living units(six bulb limit per unit) and
• Free high-efficiency showerheads and aerators for every bathroom in your building(s).

Additionally, buildings with four or more units can receive free efficient toilets or an $80 rebate for a FlushStar- or WaterSense-labeled toilet. Only toilets installed prior to 1994 are eligible for rebates under this program.
