Utilities participating in the Saving Water Partnership offer financial incentives for:
Owners/Managers of Apartments and Condos

Multi-family Toilet Rebates

$200 per-toilet rebate for replacing old toilets with Premium WaterSense-labeled toilets (forms available June 1) or $100 per-toilet rebate for replacing old toilets with WaterSense labeled 1.28 gallon toilets in apartments or condos with 4 or more units.

Industrial & Commercial Customers

Commercial, industrial and institutional customers of utilities in the Saving Water Partnership are eligible. Projects must complete an application form and receive an authorization letter before any fixtures are installed. For assistance, contact Phil Paschke at phil.paschke@seattle.gov or (206) 684-5883. Residential Customers

Residential customers of utilities in the Saving Water Partnership are eligible for the rebates below. For assistance with Toilet Rebates, contact Billie Fisher at billie.fisher@seattle.gov or (206) 615-1282.

Type Description Get Details & Apply
Toilet Rebate Customers can receive a $30 rebate when they purchase a new WaterSense-labeled high-efficiency toilet (HET). A $75 rebate will be available for purchase of a new Premium WaterSense-labeled HET beginning June 1, 2013.
