Utilities participating in the Saving Water Partnership offer financial incentives for:
Owners/Managers of Apartments and Condos

Multi-family Toilet Rebates

Free toilet or $100 per-toilet rebate for replacing old toilets with efficient toilets in apartments or condos with 4 or more units.

The free replacement is the Western Pottery Aris 1.6 gallon.

Commercial Flush Valve Toilets and Urinals $100 to $150 rebate per fixture for replacing older toilets and urinals with efficient models.

$300 rebates for efficient coin-op machines (Tier 2 and above) or up to 50% of large system improvements.

Rebate of $50 per toilet that uses 1.28 gpf or less, including dual flush

Rebate of $100 per urinal that uses 0.5 gpf or less (commercial buildings only)
